General Terms
This policy applies to all online courses purchased directly from the Nexus Training Centre website.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] Please include your full name, the course title, and the reason for your request.
Refund Eligibility
Self-Paced Courses:
14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.
If you have accessed more than 25% of the course, or if you have downloaded any course materials, you will not be eligible for a refund.
After 14 Days: No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase.
Instructor-Led & Live Online Courses:
Cancellation more than 14 days before the course start date: You will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the course start date: You are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the course start date: No refunds will be issued.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be issued for courses that have been completed.
Promotional or discounted courses are non-refundable.
If you have breached our terms of service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Course Cancellation by Nexus Training Centre
In the unlikely event that Nexus Training Centre needs to cancel a course, you will be notified in writing and will be eligible for a full refund or a transfer to a future course of the same value.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your course, please contact our support team at info@ntcentre.co.uk within 48 hours of the issue arising. We will work with you to resolve the problem. If we are unable to provide a solution that allows you to access your course, you may be eligible for a refund.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request.Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Policy Changes
Nexus Training Centre reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
